Dewalogin Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

01Definitions and Scope

"dewalogin" refers to the online betting and entertainment platform operated under the domain dewalogin.app and all its subdomains. "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses dewalogin services in any capacity. "Services" covers all products, features, and facilities available on the dewalogin platform, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, and other supporting features.

These Terms and Conditions apply to access and use of the platform via web browser, Android mobile app, iOS mobile app, or any other interface that may become available in the future. Use of the platform from certain countries or jurisdictions may be restricted in accordance with applicable local regulations.

02Registration & Account

To fully use dewalogin's services — including placing bets, making deposits, and withdrawing funds — users must officially register an account through the registration procedure available on the platform. Registration is free and no fees are charged in any form.

Dewalogin implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its commitment to platform security and compliance with international industry standards. Identity verification must be completed before a user can make their first withdrawal.

• A recent selfie holding the relevant identity document.
• Bank account or e-wallet account information under the same name as the registered identity.

The dewalogin verification team will process uploaded documents within a maximum of 24 hours on business days. Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name.

05Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on dewalogin are final once confirmed by the system, unless a proven technical error on the platform's side is identified. Users are responsible for ensuring bet details are correct before final confirmation.

General Betting Terms

• Bets may only be placed while the market is still open.
• Dewalogin reserves the right to void bets if there is an error in published odds due to a system error or input mistake.
• Bets placed on matches or events whose outcomes were already known before the bet was placed (late bets) will not be recognized and will be voided.
• In the event of a match or event cancellation before official results are announced, bets will be refunded to the account balance.
• The official results recognized by dewalogin are the final decisions of the official governing body of the relevant event.

• Spreading false or damaging information about dewalogin to others.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of the above terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, cancellation of all bonuses and available balances, and rejection of all pending withdrawal requests. dewalogin reserves the right to take further legal action if the violation involves illegal activity that causes material harm.

09Limitation of Liability

Dewalogin provides its platform services "as-is" and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from disruptions or technical errors. dewalogin is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connection interruptions on the user's end that cause bets to go unprocessed.
• Financial losses that are a natural outcome of betting and gaming activity.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
• Transaction processing delays caused by disruptions on the part of third-party payment service providers.
• Platform downtime caused by previously announced scheduled maintenance.

Dewalogin makes every effort to keep the platform running at high availability, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service at all times. In the event of a disruption affecting active bets, dewalogin will evaluate and resolve each case fairly based on available system data.

11Account Closure

Users may close their dewalogin account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before the account closure is processed, all available balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the user after a final verification process.

Dewalogin also reserves the right to unilaterally close an account without prior notice if the account is found to be in violation of applicable terms, particularly in cases of fraud, multiple account ownership, or illegal activity. In cases of closure due to violations, dewalogin reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the violating activity.

12Terms & Conditions Update
