Fund Withdrawal
To make a withdrawal, log in to your dewalogin account and select the Fund Withdrawal or visit the Fund Withdrawal. Select the bank account or e-wallet registered to your account, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure your KYC is completed before your first withdrawal — this is a mandatory requirement for transaction security.
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and processed by the system, funds typically arrive in the destination account within 5–30 minutes for e-wallets, and 15–60 minutes for bank transfers on business days.
